By accessing or using Trades Intel ("the Service") operated by J. Mobley ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Trades Intel provides real-time skilled trades labor market intelligence for construction finance professionals. Our services include monthly intelligence briefs, project-specific market reports, and enterprise data products covering job posting volume, wage signals, permit activity, and supply gap analysis across high-growth construction markets.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected subscription tier.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We offer a full refund on monthly subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the first charge. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Project reports are non-refundable once delivery has commenced.
Intelligence briefs and reports delivered through Trades Intel are licensed for your internal professional use only. You may not:
Sharing of brief excerpts or summaries with colleagues for internal business purposes is permitted.
Trades Intel aggregates data from government sources, job posting platforms, and permit databases. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and timeliness, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of the data provided. Our intelligence products are intended to inform professional judgment — not to replace it.
Trades Intel reports do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Subscribers are solely responsible for their own business decisions based on information provided.
All content, reports, data visualizations, and methodology published by Trades Intel are proprietary and protected by copyright. The Trades Intel name, logo, and brand assets are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trades Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
